There is no fed. law against online gambling, and very few states restrict it. Only the following states have restrictions against online gambling:
ILLINOIS IL
INDIANA IN

MICHIGAN MI

SOUTH DAKOTA SD
WASHINGTON WA
WISCONSIN WI

So for Most of the USA, it is legal. However, US banks don't allow deposits directly to online casinos due to high cases of internet fruad (IE. Stolen bank cards are then used to deposit money online). So you have to go through a 3ed party account like moneybookers or EwalletXpress as a funding source.
