Question: Does my parents have bad parenting skills Please take the time to read this. I need help badly!?

Next time there is drug in the house call the cops. Once they are there tell them everything that is going on. That should launch an investigation. If possible leave
your home and go to a neighbor you trust and call the cops. Let your parents explain
why they are allowing the drugs. If you can get a hold of the note your mother wrote
about the sex then show that to the cops as well. Your parents, in my opinion, need
some parenting classes.

Thats messed up, and the next time she has her "druggie" friends, over, all the cops ahead of time and they can be hiding around the corner, come over, ad bust them. Yay, problem solved. Well should be at least.

I don't have much to say that except for that you need to try and send a letters to the President, he can possibly help you. Or go and talk to your principal if you haven't tried that yet. And if all eslse fails, make a video of everything and then send it to the child protection agency.

Sounds bad to me. I am proud of you, that you have a brain that works. I don't know how emotionaly attached you are to these people, but you need a stable envirement.
You are old enough to choose if you even want to live there. Don't you have any other relatives you can stay with? I would even go so far to go to child services and tell them you want to moove into foster care. If your "parents" get mad, so what, that would only show how emberrest they are.
I am not telling you this to be rebellious or go against your family, but especially in these years, your age you are not getting the care you need. Do this for you own future. If they dont talk to you ,oh well, couldnt be worse than what they are already doing, and if they do love you ( they do i guess, just run away from responsibility), than one day you guys relationship will be better than this.After years. And i just know by the way you write that you will love your children and rase them the way they deserve it.

and she shouldn't be beating you up
you should just leave her alone
she wont listen to you
she needs to learn lesson from all of this on her own

there is not much you can do
just take care of yourself and leave everyone else alone
